2022 SUPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Registration for the AGM will be open until 8.00pm Wednesday 25 May.

Agenda

The business of the SUPRA Annual General Meeting includes the following: 

• The President will present an Annual Report of the Association. 
• The Secretary will present the minutes of the previous General Meeting. 
• The Vice President will present the SUPRA Policy Manual and Constitution. 
• The Treasurer will present the Financial Statement of the previous year and the accounts of the Association, having been audited in accordance with subclause 12.3.1 of the SUPRA Constitution. 
• The Returning Officer will present a report on the General Election.
• An Auditor will be appointed for the following year. 
• A call will be made for any other business not listed. 

 Other items may be added to the agenda up to 3 days before the meeting. If you would like to request an item be added to the agenda, please email president@supra.usyd.edu.au or secretary@supra.usyd.edu.au as soon as possible.

Registration

Registration is essential and will be open until 8.00pm Wednesday 25 May 2022 (Sydney time). Register for the SUPRA AGM here. 

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. 

Non-members who wish to observe the meeting may watch via the Facebook Live link.
