2024 SUPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM)

All postgrads* are invited to attend the 2024 SUPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The agenda of the AGM includes:

• President’s Annual Report
• Secretary’s previous meeting minutes
• Vice President’s SUPRA Policy Manual and Constitution
• Treasurer’s Financial Statement and accounts
• Supplementary Election
• Returning Officer’s General Election report
• Appointment of auditor
• Any other business.

The following proposed changes to the SUPRA Constitution and Office Duty Statements will be considered during the AGM:

The AGM will be conducted in accordance with the SUPRA Constitution.

The meeting will be held online via Zoom and in person. Registration is essential:

Registrations are open until 6:30pm, Sunday 12 May 2024.

* Only SUPRA members have voting rights in the AGM. Become a SUPRA member. If you would like to attend but are not eligible to become a member, please email the Secretary at secretary@supra.usyd.edu.au.
