If you intend to register a ticket for the 2024–25 SUPRA General Election please complete this form.

Please note: ticket names are subject to the current SUPRA Electoral Regulations and SUPRA Constitution.

This form must be completed and submitted no later than 3pm, Tuesday 26 March 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Tickets may contain between 2 and 15 members. Please add one name per row. Add rows by clicking the plus (+) icon. Please ensure each member of the ticket also completes an individual nomination form for the election.
You may provide a written statement of up to 200 words. Statements longer than 200 words will be truncated.
