Candidate nomination form for the 2024–25 SUPRA Supplementary Election

This form is for the 2024 Sydney University Postgraduate Representative Association (SUPRA) Supplementary Election. By completing this form, you are nominating for the position of SUPRA Councillor for the 2024–25 term.

For your nomination to be accepted, you must also arrange two (2) other eligible voters to second your nomination. They must fill out the Candidate nominator (seconder) form.

Following the General Election, 2 vacant positions remain on SUPRA Council for the 2024–25 Council term. These are reserved for 1 (one) student located at a campus other than Camperdown/Darlington and 1 (one) non-cis gendered student. A Supplementary Election will be held at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to fill these vacancies. The AGM will be held at 6:30pm, Monday 13 May 2024 (Sydney time), both online and in person at the Lecture Theatre 208, Veterinary Science Conference Centre, Camperdown campus.

To be eligible to nominate:

You must submit the nomination form below before the Supplementary Election item is declared open during the AGM.
You must also receive the support of 2 seconders, who must complete the Candidate nominator (seconder) form before the Supplementary Election item is declared open during the AGM.
You must be either (or both): a student located at a campus other than Camperdown/Darlington; a non-cis gendered student.
You must be a current postgraduate student at the University of Sydney.

If you have currently suspended your studies, or otherwise know of any irregularities in your enrolment, please email the Returning Officer after completing this form.
