New 24/7 counselling service for international students

For the next 3 months, enrolled international students who are currently based in China, India, Myanmar, Singapore and Hong Kong, can access 24/7 free confidential single-session counselling in multiple languages. Available by phone or Zoom, email support@resourcesforyourlife.com or call the numbers listed here.

TalkCampus Clinical Helpline Service

The University has extended their subscription to TalkCampus to include the TalkCampus Clinical Helpline Service. This allows students to access 24/7 connection with a clinician, on-demand, in multiple languages (including English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Cantonese and more). Each session of the service is for 1 hour. Access this service through the TalkCampus app.

Allianz services

International students who are insured by Allianz, and who have purchased eligible Allianz Global Assist or Allianz Care OSHC policies, are eligible to access a range of services and support. Login to the Allianz Care webpage to find out more.

Usyd Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is not able to offer counselling to students located offshore. But if you contact them, their team will provide information about counselling available in your home country relevant to your needs.
