In recognition of World Suicide Prevention Day, we acknowledge the lives that have ended, as well as all people who struggle with thoughts of suicidality.  We understand how heavy and isolating this struggle can be.

Finding the right resources to support yourself or someone else in crisis can be extremely difficult. We have created a list of resources to make finding support easier. There are specific services for LGBTQ+ people and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, as well as supports in languages other than English.
