SUPRA’s Phone Advice Line service is now open!

SUPRA launched our new Phone Advice Line on Monday 24 February 2025!

Postgrad coursework students can receive a call-back during our phone advice hours, Monday and Wednesday 1–3pm.

An experienced caseworker can provide one-off advice on the following matters:

• appeals – stage 1 and 2
• special consideration
• late discontinuation under special circumstances (DC grade)
• academic integrity matters
• tenancy bond disputes.

Calls are to local numbers only. If you require ongoing assistance, your matter will be referred to our regular casework service for advice and assistance.
