Our new fitness program is up and running (pun intended!).
We’ve once again teamed up with SUSF to bring you a great range of free fitness classes to help you stay healthy, happy and connected during semester 2.
There are classes in Virtual cycling, HIIT boxing, Indoor rock climbing and BODYJAM, and special Self-defence course for all women members of SUPRA. See the class timetable below for dates and details – all classes are listed individually on our events calendar, too.
To register for a class, please join the SUPRA Fitness Group on Facebook. Links to the fitness classes will be posted to this group every Thursday at 12pm (midday). Spaces are limited, and you must be a SUPRA member to attend a class.
