Support for students affected by natural disaster or political unrest

Many Usyd students, or their families, might be affected by recent natural disasters (including the Victorian bushfires and Queensland floods) and political unrest (including events in Iran and Venezuela).

If you’re impacted by recent events in any way, the University of Sydney will offer you support. You can access counselling and other support services through Student Wellbeing.

If your studies are being impacted, you may be eligible for special consideration or late discontinuation under special circumstances (DC grade).
