Yoga for mental health

This class will incorporate relaxation techniques that bring calmer states of mind and body. Practice powerful strategies that allow you to feel more ​ease and enjoyment in the moment, while gently increasing physical strength, flexibility, and an overall sense of wellbeing. The class will be facilitated by Heather, trauma sensitive yoga teacher and social worker, and Angus, functional trainer with a passion for movement for mental health.
