Free virtual cycling classes

FreeJoin SUPRA for virtual cycling classes! Enjoy all of the fitness without any of the road rage!
SUPRA has joined with SUSF to bring you free virtual cycling classes every Tuesday at 12pm (midday) from 8 August to 20 September 2023.
To register for a class, please join the SUPRA Fitness Group on Facebook. Links to the fitness classes will be posted to this group every Thursday at 12pm (midday). Spaces are limited, and you must be a SUPRA member to attend a class.
Other free fitness classes include: Indoor rock climbing, HIIT boxing, BODYJAM, and a special self-defence course for all women and LGBTQIA+ members. See the class timetable below for dates and details.
