Self-defence course for women and LGBTQIA+ members

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Saturday, repeating until 24 September, 2022
Our new fitness program is up and running (pun intended!).
This is a free self-defence course for all women and LGBTQIA+ members – the course commences on Saturday 13 August.
Note this is not a casual class: when you register it will be for the whole 7-week course.
To register for this course, please join the Usyd SUPRA Fitness Group on Facebook. Links to the fitness classes will be posted to this group every Thursday at 12pm (midday). Spaces are limited, and you must be a SUPRA member to attend a class.
