Join SUPRA for Reformer Pilates! Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. It’s an excellent way to build core strength, relieve stress and enhance body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Registration is essential. Ticket registrations open at 9am on the Wednesday one week prior to the class.
One Reformer Pilates class per week. Each participant may register for and attend only one Reformer Pilates class per week.
Please use your Usyd student email to sign up for this event. We will cancel your ticket if you don’t use your student email.
Make sure you’re a member of SUPRA. SUPRA Sports are only for SUPRA members. Join SUPRA for free.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to the class starting time. For safety reasons and quality of training, we will refuse entry to late participants.
Make sure you turn up. We will refuse tickets to students who have any no-shows in our attendance records.
In addition, SUSF requires all participants to have a body-length towel or mat for Reformer Pilates classes. Without a towel, SUSF will refuse entry. There is an option of hiring a towel at the front desk for $4.50.
