Free HIIT boxing classes

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Sunday, repeating until 11 November, 2022
Are you ready for HIIT boxing? High intensity interval training challenges you to improve your fitness fast! This is an intense workout for all fitness levels.
SUPRA has partnered with SUSF to bring you free HIIT boxing every Sunday at 10am from 14 August to 11 November 2023.
To register for a class, please join the SUPRA Fitness Group on Facebook. Links to the fitness classes will be posted to this group every Thursday at 12pm (midday). Spaces are limited, and you must be a SUPRA member to attend a class.
Other free fitness classes include: Virtual cycling, Indoor rock climbing and BODYJAM, and a special self-defence course for all women and LGBTQIA+ members. See the class timetable below for dates and details.
