Landlords, or their agents, should not threaten you to get you to pay money or take a certain action.
The University of Sydney and the Department of Home Affairs won’t take action against a student just because of a report from a landlord or agent about a tenancy dispute.
If your landlord or agent threatens to report you to the University or Home Affairs unless you do what they want, contact SUPRA for advice.
