SUPRA has been in discussions with the University to find out more details about their offer of financial assistance to students who have been affected by the travel ban.
If you have been financially impacted by the travel ban you may be eligible to apply for financial assistance. Due to the large volume of applications the university may be slow in processing your application.
If you have any questions or issues with your application please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. Below are some guidelines for applying.
1. You are currently enrolled
2. You can demonstrate unexpected costs in relation to travel and/or accommodation as a result of Australian Government travel restrictions after 1 February 2020
3. You have an approved new start date for your course of study because you have deferred to a later semester due to Australian Government travel restrictions
4. You have suspended your course of study for semester 1, 2020 due to Australian Government travel restrictions
